school which is known as “Masti Ki Pathshaala”. Rakesh Patel mentioned that when he has joined the school he was only one teacher in the school and has no idea how to handle everything single handedly. Another problem was of a attendance of students. He decided to make a school as such a place where student like to come and do not have fear of school. He started asking students that what kind of school you want and whatever suggestions came from student

they have discussed it and implemented in the school. They also have one “Student Assembly” which has 9 groups and students and teachers are in the group every group has di?erent responsibility of school work. And every 15 days they get to gather and discuss the work and ask questions to each other and discuss about the progress. Mr. Rakesh says that if we give freedom of decision making to student they contribute their best for the school and in any area of life. We should not think that if students are in 1st standard or 2nd standard and they cannot give good ideas or suggestions. In his school everyone is responsible for doing work and answerable to his work including Principal of the school. Even std. 1 student can ask him questions about his work. He further added that they have di?erent types of activities in the school like, festival celebration, learning from life skills, talking to senior citizens of the village, learning from nature, Idea store (where students can get waste things from home and make di?erent things from it.), games for children etc. They have school blog also through which they share school activities and photographs. Through this blog many people from India and world contacted the school and o?er the help in any kind. Where to put what all things are student decided and whole school is following that. He has shared some photographs of students activates.
